Adrian Garce is the owner and founder of Axtreme Fitness. He has over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, Pilates and nutritional advisor. Adrian is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer. He is also certified in TRX Suspension and Bosu balance training.

My Story

Adrian is a trainer in the Fairfield County/ metropolitan area and has been featured in a wide-array of medias. This includes features in FIRST for Women, American Fitness Magazine, iVillage.com, SheKnows.com, AOL's That's Fit, WebMD, AARP, LoveToKnow.com, the New York Daily News, Jetset Magazine and the local Greenwich Time/Stamford Advocate, and has contributed (though unattributed) to articles in Women's Day and Fitness magazine.

         

Adrian is passionate about fitness not just as his career but as a lifestyle practice. He recently competed in a fitness physique show in the summer of 2013.  He has also participated in several triathlons in the past. 

       

Sharing his passion with others is what drove Adrian to enter into the world of fitness as a personal trainer.  He enjoys passing on his knowledge and expertise to those of all ages and fitness levels. He works closely with youth athletes bringing them through a wide variety of sport specific training programs geared towards improved performance. Adrian also provides rehabilitative training programs for those recovering from injury or major surgery. Along with this, his  roster includes clients that come from an array of backgrounds from stock traders to investment bankers, stay-at-home mothers to entertainment industry executives.
