"I have had personal trainers for the last 25 years. However in the past year of having Adrian as my personal trainer, things have really changed! Four instance, not only have I lost 35lbs, I totally overhauled my nutrition. My muscle tone and figure has completely changed as well. I know it sounds like a cliche, but I now have the body and strength I have always dream of! Plus, you can never ever get bored with Adrian! I have rarely done the same exercise twice – that means my body never has the chance to get used to any one workout regime. Also, for the first time in my life I am truly "functionally fit for life".
